How AIAA collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information.

The Artificial Intelligence Australasian Association Limited ("AIAA") is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This statement explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through our membership operations.

Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when applying for membership, subscribing to the dispatch, contacting our offices, or registering for events. This may include name, email, phone, organisation, role, and statements you choose to share in support of an application.

How we use it

Personal information is used solely to administer membership, deliver member services, communicate with you about AIAA activities, and meet our regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Public Register

Accredited members are listed on the AIAA Public Register with their name, designation, currency and city. By accepting conferral of a designation, members consent to this limited public disclosure.

Access and correction

Requests to access or correct personal information held about you should be sent to brand@aiaa.io.
